Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in Fort Myers

I decided to go here on my birthday. Everyone was super nice (as they usually are) but this time when I went, they got my meal wrong and when I finally did get my meal, I was eating my guacamole and I found white stuff in it that shouldn’t have been. The waiter had no clue what it was and when he took it back to the kitchen our whole table overheard the kitchen staff yelling “well there ain’t no telling what that is!” I was disgusted and imagined the absolute worse. I unfortunately did not finish my birthday meal. It has been confirmed by Red Robin staff that there is NO mayo in the guacamole. The substance in my guacamole was left unspecified. We will not be back.

The food was good, we seat outside. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at any Red Robin I've visit. We had a awesome server Ralph, very attentive, but not overbearing, which I like about a server. Has was very polite and had a great sense of humor. I will definitely return.

Came in, stood at the front door literally 8 minutes before the party of 2 was seated. Sat for another 8 minutes. Order was taken. Food was usual. Burger was tiny, and it was "The Big Smokey Jack"... All smoke.. no Jack. Barely any burger. Missed the 'great tasting BBQ sauce.'. 'bottomless fries' were 15 steak fries in a plate. Fork was dirty. Server came to ask if we needed anything, and walked off before I could swallow my food to ask for more fries. I have to ask for 'bottomless fries.'.. Used to enjoy frequenting this location. Next time I want a burger, I'll enjoy a 'gourmet McDonalds burger. Taste better, and is cheaper.Server was Jesse.

About to leave a one star review, as I was on the phone making a order. Unannounced that I was contacting their call center. Beck is the manager at this location, and turned that 1 star review into a 5 star plus review. Absouluty amazing customer service, also will be the reason that I come back to eat at this location. Thanks to his actions, this location holds their integrity on a high level. Go to this red robin!

Our family are at this location late on a Friday. It was not too busy. But it took a long time for the server to get to us. It wasn't her fault. She was serving everyone there! The food didn't take too long. It was really good! We had burgers and French onion soup and the wedge salad. We tried the new zucchini fries. They were pretty good. Don't forget to get the sauces in the side! The camp fire sauce is so good with the garlic parm fries!

Good food but always busy. It will take a bit for your food to come out and our waitress was unnatentive and seemed rushed.

Our waitress was very fun and amazing. The double tavern and taco tavern burger were cooked very well and tasted great. The fries were constant and great tasting. Refills on the fires were prompt. If you like a good burger for a good price this is a great place for both and it's not fast food greasy.

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch and we weren't disappointed. I got the Haystack Tavern Double, and she got one of Red Robin's Staples -- the Sautéed 'Shroom burger. I don't consider the Haystack Tavern double to be an actual "double," because the patties were much smaller than the regular sandwich. If you put both patties together, it equaled the size of the one patty that was on the Shroom Burger (though I don't know if I would have been able to eat it all if it was two of those sized patties). That being said, it still tasted great. We both got an order of bottomless fries and the meal was fantastic.At the end, we ordered a root beer float and it made me feel like a kid again. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs too and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal. She refilled our bottomless fries almost as soon as we ran out. We did not take advantage of the bottomless rootbeer float, though that refill was offered to us too.

We went today and had the pleasure of being waited on by MR. Matt. Amazing service from this man. He made the whole experience great. The burgers we had were just perfect. If you go, get the black and blue burger with the red zombie. Red Robin should be so appreciative that they have Me. Matt an employee!

I got an Uber Eats order from this restaurant and it was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend ordered a Tavern’s Double (comes with two patties) and he only got one patty. I ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich which comes with Swiss cheese, pineapple, grilled chicken, lettuce, and mayo. When I got the food it was lukewarm which was most likely caused by it being delivered in an open bag. The bottom bun was soggy as h*ll, the mayo was WATERY, they used shredded lettuce, and there was no Swiss cheese. I couldn’t even get through half of my sandwich without the feeling of throwing up. We also ordered onion rings and they were ice cold. Really unfortunate that this place has gone to sh*t because it used to be really good.

Disorganized! Put my name in for a party of 2. Received text that it would be 10 minutes. At 25 minutes after watching several other parties be seated, I asked why we were not being seated, the hostess only response was that she could only do what her tablet allowed her to do. Another party of 2 then told me they had been waiting an hour after being told 10 minutes!!! In my opinion, don’t come here if you are hungry or have somewhere else you need to be!! Part 2. We were finally seated, but things did not improve. Both of our orders were wrong! An undercooked burger and a chicken sandwich where they left things on the sandwich I asked them to leave off.

The food was good, but our server never asked if we wanted more fries! And this is the place that advertises they are the home of the “bottomless fries”?

A very nice place. True I was very excited to find this as I've recently moved to the area and I thought there weren't any restaurants near me. But I do have to say that compared to the 3 Red Robin's that I used to go to before I moved this is by far the nicest one I have ever seen!

The food was excellent, but the service was slow. My burger was great, my friends soup came out cold.I do think that it's just getting back into the swing of being opened.

Huge selection... Maybe too huge? The food was amazing though and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great Customer Service and Food.

First timers. Onion rings were crispy and delicious!! Bleu cheese burger was yummy, yet not well done as ordered. Side of broccoli was tasty and cooked just right. Husband's fries were a tad overdone; he enjoyed his monster burger! Good, friendly service.

My meal was very good. Hot & fresh with the best melted cheese. My service was good I didn’t feel rushed or over helped.

Deliciously good! Have come here many times, always good. Love the burger wrapped In salad leaves, instead of bread. Yummy! The chicken is also excellent. Always fresh. NIce Staff, waitress very polite and efficient.

Service was good, food not so good.The burgers were not as juicy, and the fries not as good as they used to be. In addition, their 16 oz draft beer was over 7 bucks! Ridiculous! We used to like going there, but not again.

Just how many ways can you do the, Hamburger? Apparently, a whole lot. Red Robin has it going on with their variations. It was cooked perfect ( didn't need ketchup). The fries and Mac and cheese were great sides. A little more pricey than your usual fair but worth it. Look out Blue cheese burger, I am coming for you! I will be back.

My wife and I went last night for an early birthday dinner. Our server was very nice and attentive and our meals were great like always. The only issue we had was the dip we' ordered for an appetizer wasn't hot at all. We really enjoy the restaurant and our kids love the mac and cheese and the refills! We'll definitely be back.

Clean atmosphere, good food! Was here with my Aunt and Uncle tonight, we had a wonderful time! Server was on point too, keep up the good work with the great food! Kudos!!

One of my favorite Burger Chains and this location is no exception.

Not the happiest. Biggest complaint is the place was freezing and it was hard to enjoy in the environment provided. Not a little cold, but absolutely freezing. Didn't or couldn't adjust it, multiple complaints from us and others. Everyone was happy to get out of there and thaw out. Food was tasty, but extremely overpriced; they charged for everything $1.49 for 4 extra jalapeno slices, $1.99 entertainment charge for touching the electronics on the table. Apparently, everything is extra. With tip, $60 for lunch for 3. Have to pay for the extra AC somehow....

Good food! Service was a little slow but it was a holiday week and they were busy. The server did a great job with helping with a gluten allergy at our table. The server provided a special menu and also knew about their dedicated fryer for their fries so no cross contamination would occur with breaded items and the fries. Hope to come back soon!

Excellent staff and delicious menu. They do a wonderful job of accommodating gluten-free for celiac and allergies. Worth the drive up from Naples. Their loyalty reward program is very generous with every tenth burger is free! You also get a free meal During your birthday month every year.

Our server Joanna was AMAZING!! She was on top of it, great personality, professional and funny!! Next time we go there we’ll definitely ask for her. The endless French fries 🍟 were also great . Good visit and very happy!

Great burgers. They now have the impossible burger which I love which makes a great restaurant that much better.

Food delicious as always. Matt our server was fantastic as usual. 11 out of 10...only wish we had a franschise in Cape Coral on Pine Island Rd.

The burgers are pretty good. They're currently offering unlimited fries with the burgers. They have sweet potatoe and garlic fries for an upcharge. They also have healthier sides like broccoli or salad. I had the Fiery Ghost burger. It's usually a double but to get it cooked medium they had to use the big single patty. The burger was ok. Definitely not as spicy as a ghost pepper and not even as spicy as a scotch bonnet.

My fiance was craving a burger and you all delivered. Unique was our server and she was lovely. Got the kids their food out first so they stayed happy the whole meal and my fish and chips were way larger than I was expecting. Definitely got our money worth, especially with all those bottomless sides!

We have been ordering from Red Robin in the Gulf Coast Town Center a lot since Covid-19. Normally it is excellent. I ordered lunch today and My burger was actually cold. My garlic fries (which I ordered extra crispy) were under cooked and actually soggy and cold. Definitely not the high quality we are used to and definitely not worth $20. Very disappointed.

Had the purple lemonaide and southern charm burger. Amazing. Found my favorites.

First time visiting Red Robin. Burgers were actually really good and the bottomless fries puts the cherry on top! Customer service started off a lil bumpy at the front door but the rest of the night was better. Definitely would recommend the Smoke and Pepper burger! Burger was cooked to perfection and toppings were just the right amount.
